Introduction

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

In Office Access 2007, you try to connect to an Excel data source that is already being used by another Excel instance. However, the connection fails and you receive the following error messages:
<source file name> is in use. Try again later.
The Microsoft Access database engine cannot open or write to the file. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view and write its data.
