Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.

Cause

This issue occurs when the Excel file was created using the 64-bit version of Excel and exceeds the memory limitations available in the 32-bit version of Excel.�

This issue occurs when the Excel file was created on a 64-bit computer and the size of the Excel file is larger than the amount of the memory that is available on the 32-bit computer.

Resolution

To work around this issue, open the Excel file by using a 64-bit version of Excel that is running on a 64-bit computer.
