- You have a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7.
- You run an application that uses the Remote Desktop Connection ActiveX control (Mstscax.dll) to provide virtualized sessions.
- Multiple user accounts are running applications in the virtualized sessions provided by the application.
