To create a new Organizational Form in Exchange:
- Start Exchange System Manager.
- Expand the Organization object.
- Expand your Administrative Group.
- Expand Folders.
- Right-click Public Folders.
- Click View System Folders.
- In the list of folders present in the right-hand pane, click the EFORMS Registry folder.
- Right-click the EFORMS Registry folder, then click New.
- Click Organizational Form.
- Enter a name for your Organizational Form, and then click OK.
- Repeat these steps for multiple forms to create the library.
