In Dynamics AX 2009 when the NF-e (Federal) process is enabled, the FBI process only works if all NF-e are in the final status

Symptoms

When the customer uses NF-e (Federal) process and try to run the Fiscal Books Integration (FBI) process the following message error appears:

There is at least one nota fiscal setup as NF-e with Fiscal document status = Created / Rejected / Reject non fixable / Denied (not reversed into AX), and for this reason the export process will be aborted"

Cause

This problem occurs because there is some NF-e (Federal) document with status = Created / Rejected / Reject non fixable / Denied. The Fiscal Books Integration (FBI) process is not allowed to any fiscal file when there is NF-e document with this status.

Resolution

1 - Reverse the NF-e (Federal) in Dynamics AX to status = Approved, Discarded or Cancelled.

2 - Run the Fiscal Books Integration (FBI) again.
