You cannot remotely query version 2.0 performance counters on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista

To resolve the issue, install this hotfix on the computer that does not return the values for the version 2.0 performance counters and that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista.

MUM files and MANIFEST files, and the associated security catalog (.cat) files, are extremely important to maintaining the state of the updated component. The security catalog files, for which the attributes are not listed, are signed with a Microsoft digital signature.
