Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the following updates:

2308915 Description of the FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint hotfix package (fsserver-x-none.msp): August 31, 2010

When this hotfix is applied as a MSP file on a system where the psconfig -action p command is run, the users will have to use the waadmin setpreferredview command to repair the preferredview mappings between collections and webAnalyzer views. In most cases the command is run one time per collection, such as waadmin setpreferredview -c sp –n default. Howerver, when custom WebAnalyzer views is created, the command must be run with the custom views as argument instead of default. The relevance improvements from the link analysis will affect the index only if the preferredview mappings is correct.
