Issue that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario. You display a Microsoft Word 2010 document in Silverlight. Then, you display the document as a Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file. You display the document in Silverlight again. In this scenario, the size of the document is different after you display the document as a PNG file.
