Summary

When you modify the properties for a theme, you cannot change the color of the global navigation text in the Custom tab of the Modify Themes dialog box. This article describes how to modify the color for global navigation text and vertical/horizontal navigation text.

Change Global Navigation Text Color

1.In the Themes dialog box, click Modify and then click Text.
2.In the Modify Theme dialog box, click More Text Styles.
3.Select .mstheme-topbar-font from the Styles list, and then click Modify.
4.Click Format and then click Font.
5.In the Font dialog box, choose the color you want.
6.Click OK in all open dialog boxes until you get back to the Themes dialog box.
7.Click Save to save the modification of your theme and then click OK.

Change Color of Vertical Navigation Text and Horizontal Navigation Text

1.On the Format menu, click Theme.
2.In the Themes dialog box, click Modify and then click Colors.
3.Click the Custom tab.
4.Select Navigation Text in the Item list.
5.Select the color you want to apply.
6.Click OK.
7.Click OK in the Themes dialog box.
