Group Policy Modeling Wizard fails when you have registry updates in the Group Policy preference on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2

You have registry updates in the Group Policy preference in an Active Directory domain environment. When you run the Group Policy Modeling Wizard on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2, the Group Policy Modeling Wizard fails. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following message:�
