Deleted future appointments are not removed as expected when you run the "Synchronize Outlook with CRM" function in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook

Symptoms

Assume that you create future appointments that are tracked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. Then, you delete the future appointments from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook. In this situation, when you run the Synchronize Outlook with CRM function, the deleted future appointments are not removed from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.
