Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
  • 2276341 Description of the Project Server 2010 hotfix package (Wosrv-x-none.msp, Pjsrvwfe-x-none.msp, Osrv-x-none.msp): August 31, 2010
  • 2266423 Description of the SharePoint Foundation 2010 hotfix package (Sts-x-none.msp): August 31, 2010

    Note
    • If you create a new usage database after you apply the hotfix, the hotfix can be fully effective to resolve this problem after you switch to the new usage database.
    • If you do not create a new usage database after you apply the hotfix, the existing usage database can still work and also has improvement on import speed. However, you cannot receive all the benefit introduced in this update.
