XL2000: Microsoft Script Editor Causes Run-Time Error When You Insert Office Chart Component

Symptoms

When you attempt to insert an Office Chart Web component on a Web page in Microsoft FrontPage, you may receive the following error message:
Run-time error '70':

Permission denied

Cause

This behavior can occur when the following conditions are true:
Microsoft Excel and FrontPage are open at the same time. -and-

Instances of Microsoft Script Editor are open for both the Web page and the Excel spreadsheet.

Workaround

To work around this issue, close one instance of Microsoft Script Editor (for example, the instance in Excel) before opening the Script Editor in FrontPage.
