FP2000: FrontPage Closes When Printing or Print Previewing Large Images

Symptoms

When you attempt to print or print preview images that are larger than approximately 2500 pixels or they span more than two pages, you may receive one of the following error messages:
Out of memory.

-OR-

Your system is running low on virtual memory. Please close some applications. You can then start the System option in the Control Panel and choose the Virtual Memory button to create an additional paging file or to increase the size of your current paging file.

Cause

FrontPage was not designed to print or print preview images that are wider than 2500 pixels.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
