FP2000: ASP Code Is Visible When You View Source of an Index Server Results Page

Symptoms

When you click Submit to search a Web by using Index Server, any Active Server Pages (ASP) code on the page with the search form is visible when you view the source of the results page.

Cause

Because this page is not processed by the ASP engine on the Web server, the ASP code is visible in the source code of the Web page.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do not place ASP code in pages with a run-time component.
