Symptoms

Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 does not support Collaboration Data Objects (CDOs). However, the "E-mail Logging" feature in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) uses CDOs to communicate with Outlook. Therefore, if you upgraded to Microsoft Office 2010 and use the "E-mail Logging" feature in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 together with Office 2010, when you view logged interaction log entries of the E-mail type in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you receive the following error message:
This e-mail has been deleted.

The logged interaction log entries of the E-mail type cannot be viewed.
To work around this problem, reprocess all email messages by copying or moving them from the STORAGE folder to the QUEUE folder. After that, you must perform some manual clean up because duplicated interaction log entries will be generated.
