"Error – Sent to Printer" error when you try to send a large print job to a Web Services for Devices-based printer in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7

After you install this hotfix, the hard-coded time limit of 5 minutes is removed. Therefore, the print job does not time out after 5 minutes. Additionally, the user can cancel the print job while the WSDMON port monitor sends the print job to the printer.

Registry information

To use the hotfix in this package, you do not have to make any changes to the registry.

Restart requirement

You must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

Note You can stop the print spooler service before you install the hotfix package to avoid restarting.
