In a Windows Server 2008 x64 cluster environment, when installing the HP Universal Print Driver version 5.0.x, the time it takes to install each additional print queue increases as the total number of print queues increases

Consider the following scenario:

This is an issue with Windows Server 2008 x64 cluster.� When installing HP�s Universal Print Driver version 5.0.x, the driver exposes an issue with Server 2008 x64 cluster that tries to make a registry call into a key or value that doesn�t exist.� When this happens, instead of returning �not found� there are exceptions occurring, causing the performance delay as the number of print queues grow.

Install the latest version of the HP Universal Print Driver 5.1.0, which addresses several Cluster performance issues to workaround the performance issues.
