Resolution

  1. On the File menu, click Open Web.
  2. Navigate to the disk-based web, and click Open.
  3. In the Views panel, click Folders.
  4. Right-click Index.htm, and click Rename.
  5. Type Index.html for the name of the page, and press ENTER.
  6. When asked whether you want to change the name, click Yes.
  7. A dialog box similar to the following may appear:
There are xx pages that have hyperlinks to this page.

Do you want to update these pages so that the
    hyperlinks will not be broken?
  8. Click Yes.
