More information

Most Web browsers keep a copy of each page that you browse to so that it can quickly display the page without having to download the file again.

When you browse hyperlinks in Page view, you may encounter pages that were recently edited that are not showing the most current version.

To work around this problem, modify your Web browser settings to check for a newer version of the file each time. Note that this will slow your Web browser, because it forces the Web browser to check for a newer version of the file each time the page is requested. Internet Explorer 5 sets this value to Automatic.

For additional information about changing the cache values in Internet Explorer, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
221538 "Check for Newer Versions of Stored Pages" Option Is "Automatic"

If you do not want to modify your cache settings, you may also right-click the page that appears on the Preview tab, and click Refresh from the menu.
