If you switch windows when you are using a wizard, the wizard adds files to last window you were working with, and not the window where you started the wizard.

Many of the wizards act upon the "current" active window. If you have switched windows and then returned to a wizard, the effects of the wizard may apply to the last active window (or web), instead of the window you used to start the wizard.

When you work with wizards, it is important to complete the wizard before you change windows and make modifications to other files or webs.
If you must switch windows, complete or cancel the wizard. This way pages will not accidentally be added to the incorrect place.
