Symptoms

After you save a page that has a theme, you are prompted to save Embedded Files.

Included in the list of embedded files to save are graphics for bullets and the horizontal rule graphic from the theme. These graphics are listed to save, even if there are no bullets or horizontal rules in the web page.

Cause

The bullet and horizontal rule images are used by the theme. By default, they will be saved to a location whenever the theme is used.
