To resolve this issue, install Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on an affected computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2. Or, install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on an affected computer that is running Windows 7.

To resolve this issue, install this hotfix on an affected computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista.
