Symptoms

When you specify a custom date format for the category axis of a chart and then publish the chart as an interactive Web page, the custom date format you specified is not retained.

Workaround

To work around this behavior, publish the page as a static image. This means that users will not be able to change data or rearrange the way they view the data in their Web browser. To publish the page without interactivity, follow these steps:
1.On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
2.Click Publish.
3.Under Viewing Options, click to clear the Add interactivity with check box.
4.Click Publish.
