When you use the Graphical Dispatch Board (SD.900.00) in Service Dispatch in Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0, you encounter problems that involve display, navigation, or both. These problems include the following:
- When you click the Refresh button, the scroll bars automatically return to the top of the grid on the Dispatch Board tab.
- You notice that the tabs under the Service Call grid are wrapped into two rows instead of expanding to fill the remaining screen space in a single row.
- When you select one or more scheduled service calls in the grid on the Dispatch Board tab, nothing in the user interface (UI) indicates that the calls are selected.
- When you select a scheduled service call in the grid on the Dispatch Board tab, the Start Time and End Time fields are not visible as expected.
- When you right-click one of the scheduled service calls in the grid on the Dispatch Board tab, the shortcut menu is not displayed as expected.
