Symptoms

When you add a Microsoft Excel workbook that contains a macro as a new section in Microsoft Office Binder, you may receive the following warning more than once:
The workbook you are opening contains macros. Some macros may contain harmful viruses. If you are sure this workbook is from a trusted source, click Yes. If you are not sure and want to prevent any macros from running, click No.

Cause

When you add an Excel workbook that contains macros in Office Binder as a new section, the following occurs: The workbook that you are adding is opened, saved, and opened again.

The macro virus warning appears each time the workbook is opened.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Excel 2000.
