To work around this problem, use either of the following methods.
NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
Method 1: Change the Font Size to Small Fonts
To change the font size, follow these steps:
1. | Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

2. | Double-click the Display icon. |
3. | Click the Settings tab. |
4. | In the Font Size list, click Small Fonts.
NOTE: If you don't see the Font Size list on the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the General tab. In the Font Size list, click Small Fonts. Click OK. |
5. | Click OK. |
6. | If you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes. |
Method 2: Use a Custom Font Size
To use a custom font size, follow these steps:
1. | Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

2. | Double-click the Display icon.
|
3. | Click the Settings tab.
Do either of the following:
� | Click Custom.
-or- | � | Click Advanced. Click the General tab. In the Font Size list, click Other. |
The Custom Font Size dialog box appears. |
4. | Use the ruler to drag the font size to less than 117%. Click OK twice.

5. | If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.

NOTE: You may use a custom font size only when you use a display resolution
greater than 640 X 480. If you are using a resolution of 640 X 480, you
must use method 1 or increase the resolution to 800 X 600 or higher.
