Symptoms

When you print a chart, one or more of the columns in the chart may be printed with a transparent fill. The outline for the columns is printed, but the patterns that you have applied to the columns are not printed.

Cause

This problem occurs if both of the following conditions are true:
You have chosen one of the following chart types:
Cylinder
Cone

You have clicked the Print in black and white option on the Chart tab of the Page Setup dialog box.
