Symptoms

When you click the Close button to close the active UserForm, the UserForm is not closed.

Cause

This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
�The UserForm contains a Refedit control.

-and-

�The Refedit control is collapsed when you attempt to close the UserForm.

Workaround

Click the Close button a second time to close the UserForm.
