You can download the latest version of America Online's Internet software
by connecting to the following World Wide Web site:
If you are using FrontPage and America Online's Internet software, keep the
following in mind:
- You must have a 32-bit version of America Online's Internet software, version 3.x or later, installed on your computer.
NOTE: America Online does not currently publish Internet software for Microsoft Windows NT.
- Start America Online, and log on.
- Start FrontPage. You need to do this, so that you are using the TCP/IP stack that AOL uses.
- In the Publish dialog box, type ftp://members.aol.com//username/ (where user name is the screen name you used to log on to AOL in step 1). Make sure you use 2 "/" before the user name. You could also use ftp://members.aol.com and AOL will start you in the home directory, based on the screen name you used to log in.
- A prompt for user name and password should appear. Type FTP for the user name and username@aol.com for the password. Where user name is the same one entered in step 1.
