Some characters of an email message are displayed in an incorrect text size when you access your mailbox by using OWA in Exchange Server 2007


Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a computer that has Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 or a later version installed.
  • You access your mailbox that is hosted on this computer by using Outlook Web Access (OWA).
  • You set the text size of the browser to a value other than "Medium".
  • You compose a new HTML email message.
In this scenario, the characters in the first line of the HTML email message are displayed in the correct text size. However, the characters after the first line are displayed in the default "Medium" text size.

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
