Resolution

The WEBDAV Redirector is off by default on Windows Server.  This is required to use the CFD in order to access DAV and Cobalt servers.  To turn on the WEBDAV Redirector the Desktop Experience must be installed on the server.  To install the WEBDAV Redirector follow the steps outlined in this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc772567.aspx
