This article describes how to download Language Packs for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 for distribution or deployment.

Resolution

Each language pack is located under the specific language in the download section on MSDN or TechNet.

Note: Must have a subsription for MSDN or TechNet to carry out these steps.

  1. Login to MSDN or TechNet
  2. Click Subscriber Downloads
  3. On the Left Pane - Expand Operating Systems and click Windows 7
  4. Then select the Language filter (at the top of the download table)
  5. Look in the Downloads section for "Windows 7 Language Pack <architecture> - DVD <Language> ISO

OEMs and system builders with Microsoft Software License Terms can get the LIPs from the Microsoft OEM site and OEM Partner Center.
