Description of HRMSSS which has 5 parts/modules available for purchase:

· Employee Profile - Employees can modify personal information (name, address, phone, etc), dependent records, and emergency contacts. Managers can review an employee’s performance review history, position history and emergency contacts. Managers are also able to review and modify the employee's personal profile information. Employee Profile must be installed to use any other application in the HRM Self Service Suite.
· Employee Pay- Employees can view benefits, paycheck details, and company-related expenses. They can also modify direct deposit accounts and tax withholding. Managers can view employees’ time off balances and compensation history and modify employee pay rates.
· Time and Attendance - Employees can submit timecards, request time off, and review vacation/sick balances. Managers can approve timecards and requests for time off, review leave balances of their employees, and create pay schedules and timecard restrictions.
· Skills and Training - Employees and their managers can review the skills, education, test information, and company training on record for them. Training courses available for employees can also be viewed.
· Recruitment - Employees can apply for job openings in the company and view the status of submitted applications. Managers can review those applications online.

EXAMPLE: So for example, if you simply wanted to allow employees to log into Business Portal (BP) to print paystubs, review addresses and submit timecards, you would need these modules at a minimum:

Certification, License and Training Manager (CLTM) – Managers have insight into certifications, licenses and training information for their employees. Employees can also view their own information
