Symptoms

 

When the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Production Schedule is launched, you may receive the following error: 

Error creating schedule order xml.

 When you click OK to this error, you receive the following error:  

        The Production schedule is already running.

Cause


This problem occurs if the 2 following conditions exist:

  1. The customer’s license file doesn't include granule 6020 – Capacity Planning - Machine Centers

  2. Data exist in table 99000758 - Machine Center

Resolution

 

To resolve this problem, delete all data in table 99000758 - Machine Center
