Resolution

The logging of event ID 12289 is determined to be of no significance in the importation of the transportable shadow copy, and successful completion.

In other words, if the import of the transportable shadow-copy was logged as successful in your 3rd party Storage Backup application, you may safely ignore this error log. Your application continued successfully to complete mounting the volume

- Even though you receive this error, the transportable shadow-copy is normally completed.
- The data should be safely imported regardless of this event ID logging.
