Requisition and Business Portal issues which occur when Purchasing Setup is defined with inavail = 0

When posetup.inavail is set to zero (false), the following issues will occur.
 
Requisitions:
1. Goods for Inventory - Purchase For is not an option in Item Request or Requisition.
 
Business Portal Item Request:
1. Goods for Inventory Purchase For  is not an option.
2. When attempting to copy an Item Request the following error will occur.
Server  Error in ‘/’ Application Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
This issue is fixed in Business Portal 4.0
