When you try to install the Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 client, the installation process unexpectedly stops responding. Additionally, you receive the following message: "Installing Data Access components"
To resolve this problem, end the sqlredis.exe process. To do this, follow these steps:
Note Do not end the Microsoft Dynamics SL client installation process.
1. Right-click an empty area of the taskbar, and then click Task Manager.
2. On the Processes tab right-click sqlredis.exe, and then click End Process.
3. Click End Process in response to the message "Do you want to end this process?"
