Symptoms

When you click Favorites on the Internet Explorer toolbar after you change your display resolution, the Favorites Explorer bar may be too large for the screen.

Cause

This behavior can occur when you resize the Favorites Explorer bar to the maximum size and then lower your display resolution.

Resolution

To work around this behavior, change back to a higher resolution and resize the Favorites Explorer bar before changing to a lower resolution.
