The association of your SKY Go account is tied to your Xbox 360 console and not to your Xbox LIVE profile.

I have downloaded the SKY program. Now, where can I start it from? | On completion of the download, the SKY application will automatically start.
You can also use the following methods to start the SKY app:
- Quickplay: Scroll to the Home channel, and then select Quickplay. You should be able to see SKY in this list. Highlight the SKY item, and then press the A button to start launch the SKY app.
- My Apps: Scroll to the apps channel, and then select My Apps. You should be able to see SKY in this list. Highlight the SKY item, and then press the A button to launch the SKY app.

I was watching SKY content on my Xbox 360 console, and I was disconnected from Xbox LIVE. | Use the Network Troubleshooter in the Dashboard to help establish and fix the problem. If the troubleshooter cannot help you fix the problem, it will direct you to your next steps to get help.

I am watching a movie, but I cannot get into the Party feature. | Party mode is available only together with Live TV. The exception is the SKY Movies Screen 1 and 2 channels, which you can watch in the Party area.

My SKY program seems to have many problems. I think it might be corrupted. | Try deleting and redownloading the SKY app.- On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.
- Select Storage, then select the storage device where you downloaded the SKY app (typically the Hard Disk), and then click Select.
- Select Games and Apps.
- Select the SKY app from the list, and then select Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
Repeat with any other items referring to SKY.
- Download the SKY app again.

I have received my console after a repair, and my console serial number seems to have changed. | You may have to re-download the SKY app.
If you continue to have problems when you try to start SKY, make sure that the new Xbox 360 console is listed as a device on the SKY Go website. To do this, go to the following SKY website: After you sign in, select Settings, then select Manage Devices. Remove the current Xbox 360 console from the account, and replace it with the new one. You can change your registered devices several times in any month. If you have any problems changing or removing an Xbox 360 console from the SKY account, please contact SKY support by calling 08442 411 599.
