You receive an error message when you add a member to a marketing list in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook

Symptoms

When you add a member to a marketing list in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive one of the following error messages:
Please add a valid HRESULT for this error.
Server was unable to read request. There is an error in XML document. GUID should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes.
An error has occurred. For more information contact your system administrator.
You do not have sufficient privileges to open this Lookup dialog box.
