Error message when you try to install the Data Migration Pack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0: "Fail to install the required database tables"

When you try to install the Data Migration Pack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you receive the following error message:

This problem may occur when you install the Data Migration Pack on a computer that is running Microsoft SQL Server. Additionally, the computer has one of the following installed:

• SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation (default)
• Turkish_CI_AS collation
