To run this hotfix, follow these steps:

Log on as an administrator to the computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server.
- Run the Mscrm30manageaccountandcontactparentrelationships.exe file.
Note By default, this file is in one of the following folders:- C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM\Tools
- C:\Program Files\ Microsoft CRM\CRM Server installation\Tools
- Click Account to parent account or Contact to parent contact.
- Click one of the following items in the Assign list, in the Share list, and in the Unshare list:
- Cascade All
- Cascade Active
- Cascade User-Owned
- Cascade None

Click Change cascading parameters.
