The gl_pointSize function doesn't work when you use drawElements in Internet Explorer 11

Symptoms

When you use the drawElements method in Internet Explorer 11, the gl_PointSize function doesn't work correctly. The point size is always set to 1 pixel (px).

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.
