FIX: Failure to deploy a shared project during deployment of a BizTalk solution

Symptoms

When you deploy a shared project by using Visual Studio 2012 while deploying a Microsoft BizTalk Server solution, you may receive the following error message:

error DEPLOY: Failed to add resource(s). Change requests failed for some resources. BizTalkAssemblyResourceManager failed to complete end type change request. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
