After you install security update 3093983, Oracle Siebel CRM crashes in the Mshtml.dll file and returns code "c0000602" in Internet Explorer.

Resolution

To fix this problem, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.
