FIX: You can't import a binding file that's created by the BizTalk WCF Service Publishing Wizard

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You use the BizTalk WCF Service Publishing Wizard to create a binding file in order to add send pipelines to receive locations in Microsoft BizTalk Server.
  • You import the binding file into the BizTalk Server Administration Console.

In this scenario, the import operation is unsuccessful.

Cause

This issue occurs because the behavior of the Explorer Object Model has been changed in BizTalk Server.

The fix that resolves this issue is included in Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2.
