Symptoms

This issue occurs on a computer that is running Windows 8.1 if one of the following conditions is true:
  • The computer is docked, and it uses local area network (LAN). Then, you undock the computer, and switch to Wi-Fi.
  • USB devices are connected.
  • Power transitions, such as you wake the computer from sleep.

To install this update, install April 2014, update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) in Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
