Symptoms

When you view a hierarchical address book (HAB) in a cached mode profile in Microsoft Outlook 2010, the contact entries are sorted by creation dates instead of alphabetically. This issue occurs only if Outlook 2010 uses an offline address book in a non-Japanese environment.
