Lync Server 2013 Web Conferencing service cannot input or output data in a Lync file share

Symptoms

When the Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Web Conferencing service tries to write data into the CollabJournal folder in a Lync file share, the following event is logged:

Log Name: Lync Server 
Source: LS Data MCU
Event ID: 41027
Level: Error
Description:
The content file store is full or unavailable, and no more data can be written to it.
Content file store location: \\server.contoso.net\LyncDataPool2\1-WebServices-20\CollabJournal
Reason: An unexpected network error occurred.Note This issue only occurs in an environment that has paired front-end pools deployed.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Web Conferencing service does not retry to write data data to the Lync file share if it encounters a temporary problem.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the May 2015 cumulative update for your Lync Server 2013 Web Conferencing server.
